Design Service
We provide construction drawings, technical specifications and cost estimating for the following typical areas of service:

• Architectural Design for new construction and renovation to existing
  facilities.
• Mechanical Engineering including design of new heating, ventilation
  and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, or upgrades to existing systems.
• Electrical Engineering services for lighting, communications, and power
  distribution.
• Civil and Structural Engineering are provided as a supporting service to
  our Building Renovation work.

Studies, Field Services and Construction Management
We can provide a range of Studies and Planning Documents ranging from a cursory Field Survey for system deficiencies to major Comprehensive Studies.

• Studies include brief system surveys to determine adequacy of existing
  systems, or can be major Master Planning Documents.
• Field Investigation is provided either to support design services or to
  troubleshoot existing systems.
• Construction Management is typically included as an option to our design
  services, but has occasionally been provided to our clients when they’ve
  asked.
